Contact us with the name of your unit or a picture of your unit patch and the quantity you wish to order.
After you have reviewed your quote, all that’s left is placing your order. We do require *payment up front, so once you have paid online through our payment portal your order will be pushed to production.
If we have already been approved to make your patches, we will issue you a quote and a picture proof of your patch.
*If you are using a GPC card and have certain requirements which disallow you to pay upfront, please contact your rep for further instruction.
What is TIOH?
During the development process, you may hear your rep refer to “TIOH.” TIOH stands for The Institute of Heraldry. They manage and oversee the development and approval of all official unit patches, in coordination with the United States Air Force.
How do you know if your patch design has been approved?
Your Wing Historian should know if your design has been approved. If your historian does not have that information, you are also welcome to reach out to your rep, and they will assist in finding out.
What if I already have my official specs? Do you still have to get approved through TIOH?
Yes. Even if you already have your official specs from TIOH, we still have to go through the approval process to ensure what we produce reflects your specs exactly.
Can I change anything on my official patch?
No. As an official manufacturer, we are unable to deviate from the official specs, unless given explicit direction from TIOH. This includes colors, size, and design.
