Got a Need for Speed?
We’ll leave breaking the sound barrier to the fighter pilots, but If you are running tight on time, or need your order sooner than the standard production time allows, just let us know and we’ll get it done. We offer rush production rates which means you can receive any of your products in time for that ceremony, deployment, or requirement. And yes! We do accept GPC cards.
Get Crafty
If you already have a design, then send it in! Even if it’s a sketch on a napkin, we can work with it. If you are not creatively inclined, or don’t have the time, then just reach out to us with your idea and our designers will take it from there.

While simple quote requests can easily be handled via email, more detailed requests or questions can absolutely be answered over the phone. Our sales operating hours are 8-5 EST Monday-Thursday. If you don’t get us the first time around, just leave a detailed message and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

What is embroidery?
- Embroidery is the art of stitching a design onto fabric using a needle and thread
- This is the medium in which most military patches are made.
- Embroidered emblems have a detailed and classical look.
What is PVC?
- PVC is vinyl plastic.
- Rather than stitches, PVC patches are made by pouring colored PVC into molds, stacking each color on top of the base.
- Ever made a Pineapple upside down cake? It’s kind of the same process!
- PVC patches are soft, durable, and highly customizable.

I don’t see my branch on your website. Can you still help me with my patches?
Yes! As a certified manufacturer, we are able to make any military patch for any military branch. Contact us for further information.
What is the best way to contact you?
- Due to time zone differences, emailing your rep or putting in a quote request or inquiry is the fastest and most reliable method of communication.
- If you prefer to talk with us over the phone, please refer to our contact page for all contact numbers. If our lines are busy, and we aren’t able to connect, please leave us your contact information and a detailed message and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Yes, we do!

Do you ship to Military Posts?
Yes, we do! We ship FedEx GCP to all Domestic military posts (including AK and HI)
When will my order ship?
After you place your order, you will be sent a sales order confirmation email which will include your estimated ship date.
How do I know when my order ships?
At the time of shipment, you will be sent an Invoice PDF statement, which will include your tracking information in the body of the form.
What is the minimum order quantity?
- Our minimum order quantity for patches is 20 pieces per design.
- Our minimum order quantity for metal items is 50 pieces per design
What payment forms do you accept?
We require payment upfront
- Credit Card
- GPC card
- Money Order
- Personal Check
For GPC payments
If you need us to run the card at the time of shipment-then we just require you to call us with the card number so we may safely store it in our system prior to production.
For Terms
If you are a distributor and wish to be set up on terms, then we require a Purchase Order. You will also need to reach out to us for a term applicatoin form so we may review your information and approve your status.
What is your production time?
- Standard domestic production time is 6-8 weeks
- Standard offshore production time is 4 weeks
- We also offer rush domestic and offshore production, at an increased rate upon inquiry.
