U.S. Army Embroidered Patches
Our founder, E. Henry Conrad, was a German immigrant who left Germany after WWI. He arrived in the US in 1929 with less than ten dollars in his pocket. From that humble start, with his ambition, his belief in the American Dream, and his 3rd generation experience of embroidering lace in Germany, he began his emblem business.
Years later, as America was entering WWII, Conrad Embroidery received its very first contract from the U.S. Army. Mr. Conrad was so proud to be able to produce American insignia in the fight against the same specter of tyranny and oppression that he had witnessed in his homeland. This personal history makes every Army patch we make just a little more special to us. We are grateful and humbled every day for the trust that you put in us to represent who you are, and what you do for our country.
